AUC Data Analysis
For nonlinear least-squares analysis of sedimentation equilibrium data, use WinNonlin. It (and other software) can be downloaded from the UConn AUC site: http://www.biotech.uconn.edu/auf/?i=aufftp
Peter Schuck's website http://www.analyticalultracentrifugation.com/ has introductions to his programs Sedfit and Sedphat as well as tutorials on how to use them. They can be downloaded from that website. Use “c(s)” in Sedfit for a good s value.
Walter Stafford's program SedAnal can be accessed at http://www.sedanal.org This link will also get you to his time derivative method for veclocity data (DCDT) and to BIOSPIN for equilibrium data.
Borries Demeler's analysis program UltraScan can be downloaded from http://uslims.uthscsa.edu
