Glycan Analysis

The PA 800 capillary electrophoresis unit comes equipped with three detectors: UV, PDA (photo-diode array) and LIF (laser-induced fluorescence). For glycan analysis, the LIF detector is used. The instrument can perform oligosaccharide profiling for glycosylated proteins as well as performing separations on sugars from other sources.
